Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic PC refresh program ensuring PCs are replaced every 4 years in a cost-effective and user-friendly manner.
  • Align PC lifecycle management with company priorities, financial plans, acquisitions, and organizational objectives.
  • Define and measure a seamless, excellent user experience for PC replacements across global teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities for PC refresh workflows and develop a roadmap for continuous improvements.
  • Manage budgets, optimize inventory across global stock rooms, and adjust PC refresh throughput to meet demand while minimizing costs.
  • Track and report key metrics including program progress, financial spend, and user engagement to senior leadership.
  • Standardize PC refresh catalog to balance user preferences, cost efficiency, and technical compatibility.
  • Lead targeted communications to motivate and inform users about upcoming refresh activities and ensure timely compliance.
  • Drive global harmonization of PC lifecycle operations through Dell Lifecycle Hub and local hybrid models.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields with 6+ years of relevant program or project management experience; OR
  • Master’s degree with 4+ years experience; OR
  • Associate degree with 8+ years relevant experience; OR
  • High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs or operations with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts including caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • High level of ownership, integrity, and collaborative mindset.
