Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production and review of US tax returns and other tax deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance on tax matters to staff and managers.
- Mentor and develop team members in client service, technical knowledge, and engagement management skills.
- Assist Managers in engagement coordination and client relationship management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and global engagement teams.
- Identify tax issues proactively and recommend practical, compliant solutions.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating EY’s values in all aspects of work.

- Knowledge of People Advisory Services (PAS) processes.
