🎯 Key Responsibilities for Nursing Officer – Nursing
- Welcome and receive patients upon admission to the ward
- Communicate new admissions promptly to housekeeping and executive in charge
- Track insurance approvals and coordinate with billing before surgeries
- Prepare and manage lists of pending investigation reports for diagnostic teams
- Update patient activity charts daily and forward them to the billing department before discharge
- Guide patients through the discharge process with clear explanations
- Manage discharge track-sheets and submit them to the executive daily
- Collect patient feedback and forward to the Quality department
- Handle collection and dispatch of medical records (blue folder) efficiently
