📋 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor daily breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize equipment downtime and maximize asset reliability.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor machine performance.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and third-party service providers.
- Analyze maintenance KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and breakdown frequency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, spare parts consumption, and downtime analysis.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee repair, servicing, and upkeep of machines, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and tools.
- Ensure equipment calibration and compliance with operational standards.
🛠️ Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 16+ years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and maintenance management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, equipment standards, and AMC management.
- Ability to maintain high operational efficiency and reliability metrics.
