Key Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end CLM initiatives including implementation, customization, and client support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits and understand client needs.
- Presales & Solution Advisory: Showcase product and solution concepts via presentations, demos, and documentation.
- Process Consulting: Align company processes with client business objectives to optimize performance.
- Documentation & Analysis: Prepare business documents, presentations, process flows, and recommendations for process improvement.
- Client Interaction: Act as main point-of-contact for clients and internal teams for process-related queries.
- Business Transformation Support: Contribute to client deliverables and assist in business process transformation activities.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in CLM implementation and presales/solution consulting.
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, including phone and presentation proficiency.
- Process consulting expertise and ability to define technology requirements for assessments or evaluations.
- Experience creating business cases, industry-specific decks, client demos, and proposals.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of CLM technologies and market trends.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and business process optimization.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in CLM, presales, process consulting, or business transformation.
