Summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage for its Social Impact Practice Area in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This role offers the opportunity to apply public health and global health expertise across areas such as health system strengthening, digital health, healthcare R&D, medical education, and disease eradication. As a Manager at BCG Vantage, you will lead knowledge development, manage client projects, mentor teams, and drive impactful initiatives with global organizations including the WHO, GAVI, UNICEF, CEPI, UNITAID, and the Gates Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Public Health & Global Health Expertise

  • Provide expert advisory on health system strengthening, digital health, disease eradication, healthcare R&D, and HR for healthcare.
  • Support proposal development and client engagements across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Knowledge & Intellectual Property Development

  • Build and maintain knowledge assets, research tools, and frameworks to support BCG’s healthcare consulting projects.
  • Create impactful presentations, reports, and solutions for global health challenges.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Communicate with senior stakeholders across governments, foundations, DFIs, and NGOs.
  • Lead business development efforts, including proposals and go-to-market strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor junior colleagues, setting goals and supporting professional growth.
  • Foster collaboration across BCG’s international development and healthcare practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–8 years’ consulting experience in public health/global health.
  • Experience with philanthropic organizations, government agencies, and DFIs (e.g., Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, World Bank, ADB).
  • Strong expertise in policy reform, healthcare service design, digital health, and private sector engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced, and global team environments.
