Key Responsibilities
As a Program Management Junior Executive, you will:
- Coordinate and follow up on program management reports with Global Business Services (GBS) and site customer focus teams.
- Oversee program activities across departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Handle and manage highly confidential program data.
- Track program metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support program documentation at various stages of product development.
- Apply program management concepts to New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle phases.
- Understand and apply financial concepts (INCO terms, P&L impact) in program management.
- Use ERP tools (Baan/SAP) for program management tasks.
- Create and manage reports with MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
- Support automation efforts using Excel or office automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent field.
- 2–4 years of experience in program management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of program management concepts, product lifecycle, and customer focus team operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP tools (Baan/SAP).
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
- Ability to manage documentation, metrics tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer management skills.
- Basic knowledge of automation using Excel macros or office tools is an added advantage.
