Key Responsibilities
As a Sitefinity Technical Lead at EY Bengaluru, you will:
- Create blueprints and solution architectures for modern CMS deployments.
- Lead Sitefinity CMS development, including DEC framework customization.
- Integrate Sitefinity with CRM, ERP, and enterprise applications.
- Estimate development efforts, design infra/solution architecture, and lead delivery.
- Develop applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, Web API, and microservices.
- Manage databases such as SQL Server and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Implement DevOps CI/CD pipelines and unit testing (NUnit, XUnit, MSTest).
- Handle production support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- 9+ years of experience in Sitefinity CMS and Web Content Management (WCM).
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, JSON, REST, SOAP, WCF, AJAX, LINQ.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular/React, Kendo UI, Telerik.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, Redis caching, and Entity Framework.
- Exposure to SEO implementation, digital marketing, and custom search solutions.
- Experience with open-source tools (PHP, Symfony, Git, MySQL, XML/XSLT).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead consulting engagements and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in CMS development, including Sitefinity.
- Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
- Strong background in solution architecture, agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
