Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
- Develop, train, and deploy AI models leveraging GPT, Transformers, and other NLP frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define AI project goals.
- Implement end-to-end AI pipelines using MLOps and DevOps best practices.
- Integrate pre-trained AI models using APIs and libraries such as Azure Open AI GPT and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Optimize data workflows and leverage vector databases (e.g., Redis) and NoSQL systems for large-scale AI datasets.
- Conduct research on advanced AI methods including transfer learning, domain adaptation, and model compression.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions tailored to enterprise use cases.
- Continuously stay updated on emerging Generative AI trends and innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Proficiency in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Expertise in data engineering, including dataset curation, preprocessing, and cleaning.
- Strong understanding of trusted AI practices, ensuring fairness and accountability.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
Preferred (Good to Have) Skills
- Experience with optimization techniques, including Mixed Integer Programming (MIP).
- Strong DevOps and MLOps expertise, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and monitoring AI models.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Experience integrating AI models with enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to innovate and drive AI research applications.
