Responsibilities
Resource Scheduling & Management
- Timely update of resource schedules using scheduling tools like ARMS/Retain.
- Review and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Monitor resource availability and requirements to ensure optimal staffing.
- Handle scheduling requests via email and maintain defined TAT compliance.
- Optimize resource utilization through effective schedule management.
Reporting & Analysis
- Perform basic reporting and analysis to support operational decisions.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all scheduling-related documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or general operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight deadlines and dynamic work environments.
