Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for retail software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of QA automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, UFT, or equivalent).
- Understanding of retail domain processes and business workflows.
- Proficiency in test planning, defect management, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in QA automation testing.
