Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – Operations at Apollo Hospitals Bangalore, you will:

• Manage day-to-day activities of the billing department.
• Answer patient and attendant queries related to billing.
• Handle collection of interim advances and final bill settlements.
• Prepare bills and manage cash collection efficiently.
• Generate routine financial reports such as:
  • Deposit Exhaust Report
  • In-Patient (IP) & Out-Patient (OP) Discounts Report
• Compile OP & IP credit bills with authorization letters.
• Ensure accuracy in patient billing, financial documentation, and compliance.
