Key Responsibilities
Business & Project Sales
- Conduct site-level customization of admixture formulations to meet client performance requirements.
- Prepare and deliver samples of finalized formulations for client evaluation.
- Support lead conversion by providing technical solutions and building relationships with contractors and RMCs.
Technical Assistance
- Formulate specialized concrete designs such as self-compacting concrete and precast concrete.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support at project sites.
- Conduct on-site sampling for admixture products to build client confidence.
Market Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders through on-site assistance.
- Engage with site QA/QC in-charges to generate business opportunities.
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients and support project execution requirements.
Market Intelligence & Product Development
- Collect and analyze competitor product samples to inform product improvements.
- Assist marketing in conducting product trials and benchmarking APL product strengths.
- Identify non-APL business stakeholders and convert them into APL accounts through product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Research & Technology teams for new product development based on market feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology and admixture applications.
- Hands-on experience with RMC, precast, or specialty concrete formulations.
- Ability to analyze site requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute (Tier III/IV acceptable).
- Advanced Concrete Technology course (preferred).
- Minimum 50% marks throughout education without backlogs.
- 1–8 years’ experience in RMC, admixtures, or concrete technology.
