Key Responsibilities
Business Objectives
- Conduct site-level customization of admixture formulations to meet client performance requirements.
- Test and validate formulations for desired parameters before client delivery.
- Prepare and provide samples to clients for evaluation and feedback.
Technical Assistance
- Develop specialized concrete designs including self-compacting concrete, precast concrete, and other advanced formulations.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support at project sites.
- Conduct on-site sampling of admixture products to build client confidence.
Market Development
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, QA/QC in-charges, and RMC stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand market penetration and grow product adoption.
- Collaborate with Research & Technology teams to provide market feedback for new product development.
Market Intelligence
- Collect and analyze competitor product samples to improve APL product offerings.
- Assist marketing in conducting product trials and drawing insights from field performance.
- Identify non-APL business stakeholders and convert them through product demonstrations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of admixture and concrete technology.
- Ability to provide technical solutions on-site for various concrete applications.
- Experience in client relationship management and field-level technical guidance.
- Excellent analytical skills for market intelligence and product feedback.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Tier III/IV institutes). Other relevant qualifications may be considered with suitable experience.
- Experience: 1–8 years in RMC or admixture companies.
- Desired: Course or certification in Advanced Concrete Technology.
- Minimum 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs.
