Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive décor category sales through effective supervision of store staff.
- Achieve store-level GMV and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer-level index and ensure high sales conversion.
- Lead on-ground demand generation activities.
- Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all store operations, dealer servicing, and order coordination.
Dealer & Customer Management
- Maintain dealer health cards and follow up on all sales/material servicing issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of dealer and customer queries related to Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT products.
- Meet customers to drive conversions and enhance satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise store staff productivity and directly report on performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store teams in coordination with the central training function.
- Implement store operational hygiene and excellence standards.
- Drive digital initiatives for customer engagement and conversion.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a senior salesperson in home décor showrooms.
- Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales cycle.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Team player with the ability to mentor and groom staff.
