Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Application
- Provide application technology support for project sites and clients.
- Conduct site inspections, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in technical problem-solving for contractors, applicators, and end-users.
Project Assistance
- Support project sales teams with application expertise for waterproofing, coatings, and construction chemicals.
- Provide on-site guidance for proper product usage and performance optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site activities and product usage.
Market Development & Customer Engagement
- Engage with contractors, applicators, consultants, and clients to drive adoption of Asian Paints products.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to enhance product knowledge.
- Collect market feedback and product performance insights to support R&D and marketing teams.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports on site visits, technical issues, and solutions provided.
- Assist in new product trials and application evaluation to improve product offerings.
Qualifications
- Essential: B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Chemical, or related fields.
- Graduation must be through a full-time course with minimum 50% marks.
- Desired: 1–5 years of experience in application technology, construction chemicals, or coatings.
