Asian Paints is seeking an Executive N – Adhesive Technologist to join our Project Sales and Technical Services teams. The role focuses on adhesive product trials, site evaluations, technical support, and customer training. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality application practices, customer satisfaction, and market intelligence in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
Project Sales & Technical Support
- Assist Project Sales Teams with product trials and build insights on Asian Paints adhesive product performance.
- Conduct pre-painting, on-site, and post-painting inspections for new and repainting project sites.
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend technical solutions based on site evaluation.
- Provide product sampling and services to landmark and critical project sites.
- Ensure site warranty documentation and timely issuance of certificates.
Customer Complaint Management
- Investigate and resolve complaints within defined timelines.
- Analyze recurring issues and coordinate with Project Sales, R&D, and Marketing to prevent reoccurrence.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct random checks on draw-down tinting processes and ensure shade compliance.
- Verify actual site application processes against recommended standards.
- Train sampling painters and contractors on proper application procedures.
Training & Development
- Develop and conduct technical training modules for contractors, painters, site supervisors, and engineers.
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure completion of training programs.
- Brief the Project Sales team on technical aspects of existing and new products.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct product trials to assess performance against competitors.
- Devise strategies to communicate product strengths to consumers, contractors, and influencers.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development based on market and technological trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: B.E / B.Tech in Civil, Chemical, or relevant fields.
- Graduation must be through a full-time course with minimum 50% marks.
- Desired: 1–5 years’ experience in adhesives, construction chemicals, or coatings applications.
