Key Responsibilities

As an Executive in Forensic Crime with Deloitte’s Tip Offs Anonymous whistleblower hotline management team, you will:

  • Monitor, receive, and manage incoming whistleblower reports via hotline, email, and web portal.
  • Conduct initial assessment of reports to identify the nature and severity of reported concerns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and escalate them for further review by senior team members.
  • Generate periodic reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients to track investigation progress.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client-specific protocols and confidentiality standards.
  • Support awareness campaigns and training programs on ethical conduct and whistleblower protection.
  • Assist Reporting Manager with administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to forensic investigations.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in at least one additional regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, or Malayalam) is required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office; comfort in using technology to optimize workflows.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to assess information critically.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
