Key Responsibilities
Innovation & Operational Excellence
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and data for quick accessibility.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across ICT business activities.
- Support regional resourcing efforts to optimize project staffing and productivity.
- Contribute to global and regional ICT initiatives, particularly during policy, process, or tool changes.
Financial Management
- Support ICT financial objectives through cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Oversee licenses, subscriptions, and renewal processes.
- Manage billing and invoicing documentation while liaising with Finance colleagues.
- Stay updated on Oracle/EPM processes, providing guidance on billing and financial matters.
People & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain a strong understanding of the ICT people map to guide recruitment, onboarding, and HR initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison for corporate functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy.
- Drive all-colleague communications and support learning & development programs such as “Learn-Athons” and Graduate Induction.
- Facilitate team engagement activities and provide logistical support for internal and external events.
Client & Project Support
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements related to client and sales management.
- Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, contracting documents, and reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including minutes, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate resources, meetings, and tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project risks and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including conveying leadership messaging.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
