Join Deloitte Shared Services India LLP as a Deputy Manager – SAP HCM (PA/OM) in Mumbai and be part of the team driving HR technology transformation for Deloitte South Asia.
In this role, you’ll configure, manage, and optimize SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS with SAP Fiori) to enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP HCM Configuration & Management

• Configure, implement, and manage SAP HCM modules — Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS using SAP Fiori.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with HR and business objectives.
• Manage system integrations and CPI interfaces with external HR and finance systems.
• Ensure optimal system performance, data accuracy, and compliance across HR processes.

2. Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Manage data migration (mapping, cleansing, validation) and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct UAT, regression testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and optimize workflows.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with HR leaders, functional consultants, and IT teams to streamline HR processes.
• Define and track critical project metrics and report progress using analytics dashboards.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP HCM systems and provide expert-level support.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on SAP innovations, cloud HR technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to Deloitte’s digital HR transformation initiatives and employee experience programs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–9 years of proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and implementation.
• Expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS (SAP Fiori).
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes, data models, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of integration technologies (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP Cloud HR Solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for HR applications.
• Understanding of ABAP debugging (advantageous).
• Prior experience in large enterprises or consulting firms.
• Certifications such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or HR Process Design preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems, MCA, or MBA (Systems/IT) preferred.
