Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of IT controls frameworks (SOX, ITGC, ITAC) and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify IT control gaps and prioritize testing activities.
• Design, execute, and document comprehensive IT audit test plans using both automated and manual methodologies.
• Evaluate governance, risk management, compliance, access control, change management, and disaster recovery processes.
• Apply knowledge of security technologies including cryptography, secure authentication, data protection, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Analyze test results, identify control weaknesses, and recommend effective remediation actions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement corrective actions and strengthen control environments.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in IT control testing practices.
• Stay updated on emerging IT risks, threats, and control best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in IT audits, ITGC, ITAC testing, and risk assessment.
• Strong familiarity with GRC platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, or IT audit tools.
• Hands-on expertise in automating manual control testing processes.
• Adaptable to manage dynamic control populations and evolving client requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a team environment.
