Summary
Deloitte is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – DLP (Data Loss Prevention) & Cybersecurity professional with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing DLP solutions across servers, endpoints, and cloud environments.
In this role, you will lead DLP implementation and monitoring, develop and enforce data protection policies, and collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to safeguard sensitive organizational data. Ideal candidates will have experience with Forcepoint DLP, strong analytical skills, and expertise in cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and SOC operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage DLP solutions across servers, endpoints, and cloud services
- Configure and enforce network and endpoint DLP policies to identify and protect sensitive data
- Troubleshoot DLP agent issues in collaboration with IT teams
- Integrate DLP with existing security tools and IT infrastructure
- Develop and maintain data classification frameworks and policy rules
- Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Generate reports for compliance audits and present DLP program effectiveness to senior management
- Train employees on data protection best practices and DLP policy awareness
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align DLP policies with business objectives
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to optimize DLP performance
- Maintain health checks, update components, and ensure system availability
- Support internal and external audits and provide logs/reports within timelines
- Close identified vulnerabilities and maintain a knowledgebase of known issues and resolutions
- Create SOPs for DLP agent installation across various operating systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years in Cybersecurity, DLP implementation, or SOC operations
- Expertise in Forcepoint DLP or similar DLP solutions
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to deploy, configure, and optimize DLP policies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with cyber risk management, incident handling, and policy enforcement
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field
