Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ISMS implementation and cybersecurity projects across multiple clients.
- Assess client information security posture, identify gaps/risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement information security controls including change management, incident management, backup processes, access management, antivirus, media handling, and physical security.
- Conduct risk assessments for client vendors and outsourcing projects.
- Lead information systems audits covering IT infrastructure assets and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor and guide teams, ensuring timely execution of client deliverables and security initiatives.
- Engage with clients at senior management levels to drive cybersecurity strategy and awareness.
- Support business development through proposal creation, cross-selling, and client engagement initiatives.
Skills & Expertise
- Extensive experience with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, COBIT, ITIL frameworks.
- Hands-on in cyber threat and risk assessment, vulnerability management, and secure development lifecycle design.
- Strong leadership in managing security and privacy programs, including IT risk and compliance strategies.
- Proficiency in data protection, identity and access management, and IT audits.
- Ability to define project scope, lead delivery teams, and ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, GCIH
- PMP, PRINCE2, eGRC tools expertise (Archer, OpenPages)
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields from Tier 1/2 institutes.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in ISMS and cybersecurity project delivery.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
