Key Responsibilities
Saviynt Development & Configuration
- Develop, configure, and implement Saviynt Identity Platform solutions to meet client requirements.
- Design identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Develop custom Saviynt connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
Project Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Assist in creation of technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with latest Saviynt features, IAM best practices, and security standards.
- Ensure high-quality solutions aligned with compliance, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity management issues.
- Implement improvements to Saviynt integrations, workflows, and access control policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and IAM principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Saviynt certifications preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IAM integrations, connectors, and API development.
- Knowledge of access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO, NIST, or GDPR.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

- Base Location: Bengaluru, PAN India options possible.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of on-site client visits and remote work).
