Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative and clinical activities within the CTVS department.
  • Manage patient appointments, pre-operative and post-operative scheduling, and surgical documentation.
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and billing-related data.
  • Monitor inventory and requisitions for surgical supplies and instruments.
  • Support compliance, audits, and hospital quality standards.
  • Ensure timely updates and coordination between surgical and support teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of hospital operations and CTVS procedures.
  • Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle multi-departmental coordination under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in hospital coordination, surgical department management, or administrative support preferred.
  • Familiarity with cardiac care units and CTVS workflow will be an advantage.
