Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage paediatric kidney diseases including nephrotic syndrome, glomerulonephritis, congenital abnormalities, and renal failure.
- Supervise and manage paediatric dialysis and renal replacement therapies.
- Provide pre- and post-operative support for paediatric kidney transplants.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (urology, surgery, critical care).
- Counsel families on long-term kidney care, nutrition, and preventive health.
- Conduct paediatric nephrology clinics, outpatient consultations, and inpatient care.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation and reporting.
- Participate in academic teaching, research, and continuous clinical training.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in paediatric renal medicine and dialysis management.
- Ability to handle paediatric emergencies related to nephrology.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills for children and parents.
- Leadership, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Paediatrics (mandatory).
- DM/DNB in Paediatric Nephrology (preferred).
- Clinical experience in paediatric nephrology, dialysis, or transplant support.
