Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing performance of Implementation Support Agencies (ISAs) based on KPIs outlined in RFPs.
- Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and onboarding new ISAs.
- Coordinating ISA training and retraining in alignment with healthcare scheme guidelines.
- Handling day-to-day performance issues, including technical and IT-related queries.
- Performing data analysis on queries, feedback, claims, and penalties.
- Leading invoicing processes, penalty calculation, and performance verification.
- Supporting collaboration and cooperation among cross-functional healthcare teams.
- Driving scheme execution across the convergence division of public health programs.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in:
- Healthcare insurance or claim adjudication
- Medical claims management
- Public health administration or healthcare program management
- Strong understanding of government healthcare schemes, service provider performance monitoring, and RFP frameworks.
- Experience addressing technical, IT, and administrative issues in healthcare delivery systems.
- Solid background in data-driven decision-making and healthcare reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDHM or Master’s Degree in:
