Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and implement web applications using React, Python, Flask/Django, SQL, and Azure OpenAI.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance for scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in existing applications.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and project leads, to implement user-friendly features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality standards.
- Collaborate on agile software development methodologies to deliver projects on schedule.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Gen AI developments.
- Suggest and implement continuous improvements for application design, performance, and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in full stack development: React, Python, Flask/Django, SQL.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React frameworks.
- Expertise in backend development with Python, Flask/Django.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies.
