📋 Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Program Development
- Design, implement, and enforce company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain internal controls and auditing processes.
- Monitor adherence to financial, legal, and regulatory standards.
2. Risk Assessment & Management
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Recommend corrective actions and improvements to mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
3. Training & Employee Education
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on compliance policies.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to various departments, including Legal, HR, and Finance.
4. Monitoring, Reporting & Collaboration
- Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare reports and escalate compliance matters to senior management as needed.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in compliance, audit, risk management, and financial regulations (10–15+ years).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, listing regulations, AML guidelines, and financial crime prevention.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in compliance management systems, audit tools, and MS Office.
