Roles and Responsibilities

Essential Skills
- CA qualified (ideally first-time pass) or CFA (International) with strong academic track record.
- Experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, and corporate finance.
- Strong report writing, reviewing, and analytical skills, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
