Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solutions based on detailed design documents.
- Collaborate with release managers to ensure proper source and version control in software deployment.
- Create development environments, troubleshoot deployment issues, and support package installation on client systems.
- Document functional, technical, architectural, and data management requirements to support the Financial Services team.
- Perform data management, unit testing, and support QA teams with test defect analysis and test case clarifications.
- Assist clients during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance and security testing phases.
- Package and deploy solutions, creating detailed installation guides and documentation.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/BE/MCA).
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or Postgres.
- Strong UNIX skills on platforms like Solaris, AIX, Linux, or HP UX.
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of application servers including WebSphere, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as SVN or BitBucket.
- Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical consultancy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of financial services domain, including AML Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions/PEP Screening, KYC/CDD, and SWIFT MT/MX messaging.
- Database performance tuning experience.
- Familiarity with Java/J2EE architecture.
- Knowledge of XML, real-time messaging queues, and enterprise messaging systems.
- Prior experience in forensic, financial crime compliance, or related consulting environments.
