Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager – SAP Security & GRC AC, you will:
- Lead SAP Security and GRC Access Control projects including role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and user provisioning.
- Implement and maintain SAP security policies, compliance, and controls across ERP systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, access reviews, and audits for SAP modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to drive remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP GRC workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor user access, approvals, and compliance violations, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical knowledge and professional growth.
- Prepare documentation for audits, SOX compliance, and client reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and ERP compliance.
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), user provisioning, and access governance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP GRC modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
Preferred:
- Certifications in SAP Security, SAP GRC, CISA, or equivalent.
- Experience with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and audit processes.
- Knowledge of cloud SAP security and integration with other IT systems.
