Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Advisory

• Lead end-to-end project management activities for infrastructure advisory projects, spanning feasibility, procurement, and implementation stages.
• Establish Project Management Office (PMO) processes, governance frameworks, and project monitoring systems.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, and quality control, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Oversee capital projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and handover.

PPP & Project Finance Expertise

• Apply Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks and project finance principles to advisory projects.
• Conduct financial modeling, risk assessment, and funding strategy analysis to support decision-making.
• Advise clients on feasibility analysis, deal structuring, and procurement processes.

Market Research & Collaboration

• Utilize market research tools to gather insights, support recommendations, and enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate with strategy, transaction, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, business development initiatives, and client presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for value creation.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of infrastructure and capital advisory projects.
• Hands-on experience in project/program management (PMO) for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Projects, and project analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-workstream infrastructure projects and government/public sector projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2).
• Prior experience in sectors like transportation, power & utilities, sports, real estate, tourism, or social infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Required: BTech in Civil / B.Plan / B.Arch, or Bachelor’s in Finance; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Infrastructure/Construction Management.
• Preferred: PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Experience: 4–6 years in project management, infrastructure advisory, or PPP projects.
