Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cybersecurity and ISMS projects, ensuring robust risk management and compliance.
- Assess client information security posture, identify gaps/risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement security controls across change management, incident management, backup processes, access management, antivirus management, media handling, and physical security.
- Conduct information systems audits and provide guidance on data privacy, identity, and access management.
- Manage vendor risk assessments and outsourcing risk exposure for multiple clients.
- Mentor and guide teams, ensuring timely delivery of security initiatives and client satisfaction.
- Support business development through proposals, cross-selling opportunities, and client engagement activities.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 17799, ISO 22301, COBIT, ITIL frameworks.
- Experience in cyber threat and risk assessment, vulnerability management, and secure development lifecycle design.
- Proficiency in data protection, identity and access management, and IT audits.
- Leadership skills to define project scope, manage delivery teams, and ensure high-quality execution.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, GCIH
- PMP, PRINCE2, eGRC tools (Archer, OpenPages)
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields from Tier 1/2 institutes.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ISMS, ISO 27001 implementation, or cybersecurity project delivery.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
