Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT/IS controls testing and assurance for SOX, Cloud, and Data Management frameworks.
- Design and execute controls testing strategies to evaluate design adequacy and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and review test plans, test scripts, and documentation to support compliance objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for control walkthroughs, evidence collection, and sampling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cyber compliance regulations including RBI, SEBI, and CERT-In.
- Review and improve client risk control testing approaches and methodologies.
- Develop templates for control testing and reporting aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide insights on IT risk frameworks and industry standards to enhance client compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 – 7 years of experience in Cyber Risk Controls, IT Compliance, or SOX Testing.
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline from Tier 1/2 institutes.
- Relevant certifications: CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISO 31000 LA/LI, ISO 22301 LA/LI, ITIL.
- Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cyber compliance regulations and industry frameworks.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments, with attention to detail.
