Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager in Cyber Control Review, you will:
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding OT SOC services.
- Conduct regular meetings to review security posture, incidents, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Security Operations & Incident Management
- Monitor and analyze OT security events to detect threats and vulnerabilities.
- Lead incident response including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend remediation plans.
IT Control Testing & Governance
- Design, execute, and document test plans for ITGCs and ITACs.
- Assess IT controls across Governance, Risk, Compliance, Access Control, and Change Management.
- Perform vendor security reviews and ensure alignment with IT security policies.
Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management
- Analyze cyber threats and perform vulnerability assessments.
- Conduct penetration testing and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement of security controls and practices.
Collaboration & Training
- Work with internal IT, SOC, engineering, and risk teams for comprehensive coverage.
- Train clients and internal teams on OT security best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging IT threats, frameworks, and control methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4–6 years in IT audit, IT security, or IT control testing.
- Strong knowledge of IT controls frameworks, IT audit methodologies, and regulatory compliance (SOX).
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, ServiceNow, Jira, and other GRC platforms.
- Expertise in automating manual control testing processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and manage multiple priorities.
