Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Corporate Strategy, you will:
- Drive key strategic initiatives with business unit (BU) leaders and support the CSO office.
- Collaborate with India CS leadership on proposals, operations, and marketing activities.
- Plan and execute branding and marketing strategies with measurable KPIs.
- Partner with BU heads and global stakeholders to align and execute corporate strategy deliverables.
- Develop high-quality market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and internal reports.
- Support global strategy agendas by collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
- Deliver financial analysis using valuation, enterprise value, multiples, and forecasting tools.
- Conduct M&A due diligence and assess companies across financial, operational, and industry perspectives.
- Build robust financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to incubate new capabilities, enhance team performance, and drive growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, and corporate finance.
- 3–5 years of hands-on valuation/financial modeling experience strongly preferred.
- Background in consulting and client-facing strategy projects.
- CFA Level II cleared or attempted (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, business transformation, and strategy execution.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Digital marketing and branding experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with fluency in English.
