Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Assurance (FAAS) at EY Chennai, you will:
- Lead and manage financial reporting and accounting advisory projects for diverse clients.
- Assist in IFRS and US GAAP conversion, IPO readiness, and complex accounting issues.
- Support clients in corporate treasury accounting including IFRS 9 implementation.
- Ensure client accounts comply with relevant audit and reporting standards.
- Provide key insights and recommendations to audit committees and senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client engagements efficiently and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional EY teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Relevant professional experience in financial accounting, audit, or advisory (as per attached JD).
- Exposure to assurance, financial reporting transformation, or FAAS projects preferred.
