As the Orthopaedics Academic Registrar, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior consultants in orthopaedic rounds, surgeries, and clinical assessments.
- Supporting academic documentation, training programs, and case presentations.
- Engaging in teaching activities, journal clubs, clinical audits, and research initiatives.
- Preparing academic reports and helping coordinate CME programs and training schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of procedures, surgeries, and academic sessions.
- Participating in daily ward rounds and ensuring seamless coordination between clinical and academic teams.
- Supporting the development and delivery of academic modules for resident doctors and interns.
