🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Test Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading test planning, automation, and execution for the Media Manager application.
- Writing clean, scalable, and testable code in .NET and C# that integrates seamlessly with other GE Healthcare systems.
- Managing critical customer escalations by identifying root causes, implementing workarounds, and proposing long-term solutions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, QA, and support teams for issue resolution and product improvement.
- Debugging complex system-level issues using Visual Studio, WinDbg, Event Viewer, and profiling tools.
- Supporting early adopter customers with onboarding, issue triaging, and integration testing.
- Contributing to architecture design discussions and suggesting robust improvements to meet evolving business needs.
💡 Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software development and QA engineering.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience testing and debugging enterprise applications.
- Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, system architecture, and software reliability.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Robot Framework.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, code versioning (Git), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, UAT processes, and production rollout strategies.
