π©Ί Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse (HR Specialist) at Apollo Hospitals Bangalore, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for nursing and clinical staff
- Oversee payroll processing and employee data updates in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Collaborate with department HODs and CEO for manpower planning
- Ensure medical insurance coverage data is accurate and up to date
- Administer the performance appraisal system for all nursing and allied staff
- Manage employee confirmations, promotions, and regularizations
- Monitor and update statutory compliance requirements (monthly, biannual, annual)
- Lead grievance redressal procedures and ensure a supportive work environment
- Coordinate disciplinary actions, full & final settlements, and exit formalities
- Handle any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the HOD
