๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager at Amazon AWS India, your core responsibilities include:
- Leading capacity planning programs for AWS Data Centers in the APAC region, with a focus on infrastructure availability and utilization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Product teams to deliver optimal capacity outcomes.
- Managing large-scale technical programs from initiation through delivery.
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, model forecasts, and drive program decisions.
- Balancing site risks and customer requirements to ensure continuous, cost-effective infrastructure scaling.
- Communicating program updates, risks, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
๐ง Required Skills & Experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Business, Physics, Finance, or Statistics.
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using BI tools like Tableau or similar.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, or equivalent scripting/programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Infrastructure Program Delivery.
- Expertise in forecast modeling, sensitivity analysis, or safety stock optimization.
- Experience with data center infrastructure planning, build-outs, or delivery scenarios.
- Ability to influence decisions through data-driven storytelling and stakeholder alignment.
