🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – FDD, you will:
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and balance sheets of target companies.
- Conduct financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side).
- Assess projections and identify risk and value drivers in M&A transactions.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables such as:
- Due diligence reports
- Financial models
- Executive presentations
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.
- Work on engagements across various industries (e.g., infra, manufacturing, PE).
- Support IPO readiness assessments and capital market transactions.
- Lead specific workstreams and mentor junior team members.
💼 Required Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, modeling).
- Strong report writing and financial interpretation.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Effective stakeholder and client communication skills.
- Familiarity with valuation methods and deal structuring.
🎓 Qualifications
- CA (First attempt preferred) or CFA (International).
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in:
- Transaction advisory
- Financial due diligence
- Audit with exposure to M&A or restructuring
- Strong academic background and commercial acumen.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 or similar consulting environment is an advantage.
