Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Project Execution, your duties will include:
- Supervising project execution and finishing work for high-rise residential projects.
- Inspecting Mivan shuttering for line, level, and plumb accuracy.
- Managing RCC work execution and ensuring standard procedures are followed.
- Coordinating with MEP teams and ensuring alignment with architectural and structural requirements.
- Overseeing waterproofing execution and related quality checks.
- Managing project documentation, including DPR, WPR, pour cards, and resource rosters.
- Conducting stakeholder meetings and maintaining alignment with consultants and architects.
- Overseeing material selection and managing procurement in line with project timelines.
- Reviewing and certifying vendor bills and assisting in work order amendments.
- Verifying estimated quantities, manpower allocations, and BOQs.
- Participating in the execution of sample flats and tower finishing.
- Coordinating daily plans, reports, and next-day scheduling with line managers.
- Ensuring high-quality output by implementing project SOPs and quality standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in civil project execution for high-rise residential buildings
- Proficiency in Mivan shuttering techniques
- Strong knowledge of RCC, MEP coordination, and waterproofing
- Hands-on experience in finishing activities and sample flat execution
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, billing, and vendor management
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage project documentation and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech)
- 7 to 14 years of relevant work experience in the real estate or construction industry
- Prior experience in high-rise residential project execution is mandatory
