Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Construction & Execution Oversight
- Oversee daily site activities, including execution and finishing of structural work.
- Conduct Mivan shuttering checks (line, level, and plumb).
- Supervise RCC work, ensuring all structural elements adhere to quality standards.
- Ensure timely and proper execution of waterproofing systems.
🔧 Coordination & Technical Support
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth integration of systems.
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to align on project goals and solve site challenges.
📑 Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation including:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Weekly Progress Reports (WPR)
- Pour Cards, Checklists, Pour Rosters
- Ensure quality compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
💰 Billing, Materials & Resource Planning
- Verify BOQs, manpower quantities, and resource allocations.
- Certify vendor bills and raise necessary work order amendments.
- Participate in material selection and ensure timely availability for site use.
🏢 Finishing & Handover Activities
- Support sample flat creation and manage finishing of tower flats.
- Ensure end-to-end execution readiness, coordinating closely with internal teams and vendors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 9–13 years in high-rise construction or real estate project execution
