Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Structural Work
- Conduct thorough Mivan shuttering checks for line, level, and plumb.
- Oversee waterproofing and RCC execution to ensure project integrity.
- Manage finishing activities, including sample flat setup and tower flat quality standards.
- MEP & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with MEP teams and conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain regular communication with architects and consultants for approvals and problem-solving.
- Billing, Documentation & Control
- Certify vendor billing and process Work Order (WO) amendments.
- Verify bill quantities, manpower utilization, and maintain control over project documentation (DPR, WPR, checklists, pour cards, etc.).
- Estimate quantities and prepare executed bills aligned with project schedules.
- Resource & Schedule Planning
- Plan daily project activities and report progress to line management.
- Manage resource allocation, material logistics, and compliance with SOPs.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality execution aligned with standard procedures.
- Implement stringent QC measures throughout construction and finishing stages.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in construction finishing, particularly Mivan shuttering systems.
- Proficiency in managing site execution workflows, waterproofing, and RCC.
- Excellent billing certification skills and documentation management.
- Effective stakeholder coordination with architects, consultants, vendors, and MEP teams.
- Sharp technical troubleshooting and planning capabilities for site operations.

Qualifications
