Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager – AML & Financial Crime, you will:

  • Lead investigations related to Transaction Monitoring (TM), KYC reviews, and sanctions screening.
  • Analyze large sets of transactional data to detect patterns of money laundering, terrorist financing, and structuring.
  • Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and develop or review TM program frameworks.
  • Investigate alerts generated by automated anti-money laundering systems.
  • Prepare and review Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Cash Transaction Reports (CTRs).
  • Guide junior team members on case investigations and AML procedures.
  • Perform company research using internal databases, public records, and open-source platforms.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and clients on financial crime risk matters.
  • Stay updated on global AML trends, including FATF standards, Wolfsberg Principles, and OFAC regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
