Key Responsibilities
As the R2R Tower Lead – Manager, you will:
- Lead the seamless execution of end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes
- Manage sub-processes across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Deliver on all contractual SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure reporting is aligned with business needs
- Provide regular updates, performance insights, and improvements to leadership teams
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 50–100 F&A professionals
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
Skills & Competencies
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Strong expertise in Record to Report, with working knowledge of P2P, O2C, and FP&A
- Solid leadership experience in managing large teams and high-volume F&A operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Prior experience in a shared services or global delivery model is a plus
- Exposure to Finance Transformation Projects, Process Optimization, or Automation Initiatives is desirable
