💼 Key Responsibilities

As an IT Assurance Assistant Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and execute ITGC (IT General Controls) and ITAC (IT Application Controls) audits.
• Support SOX / ICFR / IFC / SSAE / SOC compliance projects and reporting.
• Evaluate client technology environments for compliance risks and internal controls.
• Utilize knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, JDE to assess embedded controls.
• Guide teams through audit methodology, project execution, and deliverables.
• Engage with clients on technical discussions, audit findings, and improvement areas.
• Use frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ISO 27001 in controls assessment and process improvement.
• Document audit procedures, observations, and recommendations using technology-based tools.
• Facilitate risk-based internal audits and IT risk assessments across various industries.
• Participate in proposal development, sales support, and cross-service offerings.

🛠️ Required Skills & Tools

• Strong working knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, SOX, ICFR, SOC Reports, SSAE 18.
• Familiarity with ERPs like SAP, Oracle, JDE and their application controls.
• Proficient in audit tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ISAE 3402, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and information security best practices.
• Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with client service orientation.

🎓 Qualifications & Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or MBA (Finance/IT).
• Preferred Certifications:
  • CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor
  • CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CISM – Certified Information Security Manager
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
