💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Financial Services practice, you will:
- Lead and manage consulting engagements for banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations in:
- Business Strategy & Transformation
- Digital Transformation in banking and financial services
- Customer Experience Optimization for improved client satisfaction
- Product Innovation, focusing on retail & corporate lending, microfinance, and fintech collaborations
- Guide clients in adopting emerging technologies, including core banking upgrades, CRM, and loan origination systems.
- Collaborate closely with CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely project execution, meeting all deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop points of view (POVs) based on market trends and technological advancements.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.

- 7+ years of experience in consulting within the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in business strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience.
